Management Commitment
Top management attaches great importance to Quality Management System through their approval and tacit support during and after implementation.

Management comprises two levels:

  1. Board of Trustees, which is chaired by the Chairman advises on strategic matters of the Cardiac Centre.
  2. Management Committee, chaired by the Executive Director, which meets every two months to review the overall smooth running of the Cardiac Centre.
  • Management defines responsibility and authority at all levels in the organisation as depicted in our organisation chart at Appendix II.
  •  The Management Review Committee, which is held twice a year, establishes, and periodically reviews the quality policy and associated objectives, targets and programmes for continued suitability and compatibility with the strategic plan, vision and mission.  Each head of department is the designated owner of one or more core or support processes.
